Should you be taking a multivitamin every day?

In an ideal world, the answer would be no, but if you’re like me and struggle to find the time or the inclination to always eat a balanced, healthy diet, then the answer is probably yes.

Have you ever really asked yourself why you are taking your multivitamin? The truthful answer is most likely because you know that you are not getting the vitamins and minerals you need from your diet. Unfortunately, this is the case for most of us. As the world's pickiest eater, I’m definitely talking to myself. Your body needs at least thirty vitamins and minerals in order to perform hundreds of functions that it can't sufficiently produce on its own. It is up to us to give our bodies what they need, either through a balanced nutritional diet full of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products or by taking a multivitamin. If you struggle daily with a balanced diet as I do, then

you likely need a multivitamin to supplement. To encourage you to get the nutrients you need, we are introducing our Vitamin Incentive Program. After 12 vitamins and/or supplements purchases, you receive a free vitamin (up to a $10 value).

The same nutritional needs hold true for our children. Food is the best source of nutrients, but irregular and unbalanced meals often come up short (especially if you have a picky child or one with sensory issues). We want to help ensure your kids receive the nutrients they need by offering free children's multivitamins for a year. This program is available to all children ages 2-12. You do not need to be a patient to qualify! Stop by today to find out more about our Kid's Free Vitamin Card and VIP Vitamin Club!
