Sara Gibbs
Pharmacist-in-Charge Candler
Sara grew up in Marion, NC before getting her undergraduate degree at NC State. She went on to graduate from SC College of Pharmacy in 2011. Sara began working in pharmacy in 2006 at CVS, first as a technician before moving on to be an intern then pharmacist. She moved to Mission Health in 2013, working in their retail pharmacies. While there, she developed a deep appreciation for the benefits of working with a smaller patient base. Her excellent problem-solving mentality and love for getting to know her patients have made her a great choice for our team. She is passionate about working closely with doctors and patients to help them become healthier and happier.
Sara and her husband, Luan, have lived in Biltmore Lake since 2013. They have two children, Nora (8 years old) and Nate (5 years old). Their family love being active and outside appreciating our beautiful mountains. They enjoy camping and hiking as well as horseback riding. Sara is also a dedicated runner and trains to run marathons. She completed the NYC Marathon in 2021!
